Kody Schreiber
Owner
My passion for cars started long before I could drive. At 12, I was turning wrenches alongside my dad, and by 14, I had purchased my first car a 1979 Volkswagen Rabbit. It didn’t take long before I was dreaming about engine swaps and modifications. By high school, I knew I wanted to turn that passion into a career and one day own my own shop.
After earning my AAS degree in Automotive Technology and Business Management, I spent 10 years at a European repair shop, working my way from apprentice technician to shop foreman. Along the way, I earned certifications through ASE, Bosch, and the Mobile Air Conditioning Society and continued building my skills through technical training.
Today, with 20+ years of experience working on German vehicles, I’m proud to own Precision German Garage alongside my wife, Kayla. Owning a shop was a childhood goal, but what makes it meaningful is the opportunity to take care of people. I want our customers to feel comfortable asking questions, understand the work we recommend, and trust that we’re giving their vehicles the attention they deserve.
Outside the shop, my greatest joy is being a husband and dad to our three daughters. We love spending time outdoors, especially camping and making memories together. Building this business with Kayla has made the journey even more rewarding, and we’re proud to put our family’s values into everything we do.
Kayla Schreiber

My introduction to the automotive world began while I was attending college, working in the front office of a European repair shop. I quickly discovered that my favorite part was getting to know the people who walked through the door. That love of connecting with others also led me to earn my degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Washington University and spend the next decade working in healthcare, including management and recreational therapy.
Today, I’m proud to own Precision German Garage alongside my husband, Kody. He brings a lifelong passion for German cars, and I bring a passion for people. Together, we’re building a business that reflects what matters to us: honest relationships, thoughtful service, and taking care of our customers and employees.
Outside the shop, we’re raising our three daughters, Remi, Graci, and Quinli. Being their mom along with my experience as a recreational therapist has shaped how I see the world and strengthened my commitment to inclusion, connection, and making people feel valued.
Family and faith are at the heart of my life. In my free time, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my family camping, hiking, swimming, or enjoying a sunny day behind the wheel of my 1990 Cabriolet
Ken Newitt
Master German Auto Technician
Ken is a Master Technician with 30 years working on a variety of vehicles, for the last 10 years as a Porsche specialist. Ken is methodical and detailed in his quiet way of working. It was his uncle and his 440 6-pack that inspired 6 yr old Ken to work on cars, and he still loves it today. Many of our local Porsche owners know Ken, he has a well-earned reputation as a highly skilled technician. Ken works on all the German models we care for at Precision German, with a focus on Porsche.
Ken is a local Spokane Valley guy who loves the outdoors and spending time with his family, so he fits right in with our work-family. He and his wife, Kelly have one daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Ken especially enjoys watching his super-star granddaughter, Ava, pitch softball. When he is not in the Garage, he and Kelly love boating on Pend Oreille, or he’s out drag racing, fishing, hunting, or riding the ATVs. Definitely an outdoors guy!
Jake Adrian
Auto Technician
I was born and raised in Spokane Valley and graduated from Central Valley High School in 2019 (can't get more hometown than that!). In 2022, I earned an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology II from Universal Technical Institute (UTI), graduating with a 3.9 GPA. During my time at UTI, I was honored to be named Student of the Course for my Engine Building class, an achievement that underscores my dedication and passion for the automotive field.
My interest in automotive work was deeply influenced by my late father, a skilled craftsman who had the remarkable ability to build anything with his hands. Growing up, I was surrounded by the classic muscle cars my dad meticulously built, which left a lasting impression. These experiences, coupled a childhood admiration for the "Fast & Furious" franchise, fueled my passion for cars and the automotive industry.
Outside of work, I prioritize spending quality time with my family, as they are an integral part of my life. I also love being outdoors, fishing, hunting, and spending time on the lake, which provide a welcome balance of work and personal life.
Ryan Park
Service Advisor
I began my career in the corporate sector in Las Vegas, Nevada, in business operations and client relations. In 2007, I moved to Spokane for a fresh perspective. Here, I focused on real estate investments But throughout my career, I have had a deep passion for automobiles which eventually led me to a career transition as a Service Advisor specializing in European vehicles. What I love about this role is working closely with clients to assess their vehicle needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction (our kind of guy!).
In my spare time, I find fulfillment in restoring and revitalizing both properties and vehicles, focusing on quality and longevity. I obsess about attention-to-detail and results that stand the test of time.
My greatest love is spending quality time with family, which is my biggest priority. I also enjoy exploring culinary creativity in the kitchen, where I take pride in developing and perfecting unique dishes that bring joy to those around me.
